RATES PER DELEGATE

Full conference rate* £395 (IoP Plasma Physics Group Members £375)
(3 nights B&B, single en-suite room, 4 lunches, 3 dinners, This includes the price of the conference dinner)

One overnight attendance (24 hour period inclusive of dinner B&B, lunch). This option includes 1 'day delegate' rate. Please indicate night when registering. Mon / Tue £150, Tue / Wed £150, Wed / Thur £150

One guest sharing with a delegate B&B £67.50 per each night

Special rates are available for accompanying children

If additional accomodation is required on the Sunday night preceding the conference or the Thursday following the conference then this can be arranged at a rate of £75 per person on the Sunday 9th or £125 per person on Thursday 13th.

• Payments made after 10th March 2006 maybe subject to a levy and room availability will not be guaranteed.
† Pricing structures are based on combined accommodation, catering, dinner, use of lecture facilities and administration costs. There is no separate accommodation fee for delegates.

A limited number of double/twin rooms are available on a first come first served basis
